As a qualified counsellor, I work in a person-centred and integrative way, offering a safe, confidential and empathic space where you can talk and be listened to without judgement.  I am qualified and experienced in working with adults, young people and children.

I work with you to explore and understand what is on your mind, moving forward at a pace that works for you.

• £30         for the initial session 
• £45         for subsequent sessions adults
• £35         for subsequent sessions children and young people

Sessions are for up to one hour and frequency of sessions can be agreed.

I currently accept bank transfer or cash payments.
